Throughout many years there have been sightings, invasions, abductions and more about aliens. There is a big controversy whether or not aliens actually exist. Many see big things in the sky that look cool and they keep coming closer to them and they think it’s a UFO so they automatically think that there are aliens. The term alien has acquired many different meanings such as extraterrestrial or someone from â€Å"outer space†. Another meaning is someone coming to the US illegally. There are also many types of aliens for example there are small grey aliens, there are also aliens called â€Å"taller beings† who are taller than the small grey aliens but shorter than a human. Introduction Since the 1950s until present day there have been many cases showing that people and families have gone missing. Although it’s just people saying what happened to them it is still proof of aliens abducting people. This object according to them looked like a UFO and they started getting really scared. This one guy Michael saw two creatures in the object and they had big heads, no hair and weird necks. The two creatures then took him and his friend without anyone knowing. It was just like a kidnap. But the only thing about that case is that there were no other people around to see it happen. Another case that makes people wonder if aliens actually exist is the case of 1988 with Peter Khoury and his wife Vivian. Peter says that he had ran into aliens a time before this but this time was bad. He was lying in bed trying to sleep when he felt something grab his ankle and he turned numb. Peter then saw three or four figures in his room that looked like aliens. These figures told peter to relax and then stabbed a needle into his head which is when peter had blacked out. The next day his wife Vivian saw an area on peters head with dry blood. But she didn’t think anything of it. Ever since then Peter has been researching information on aliens to see if they actually exist. Another example of an alien abduction is in 1975 when even loggers were heading back home from work when they saw a flying disk. One of the workers went to get a better look and got hit by a blue beam which the other six guys saw. The guy disappeared and didn’t return for five days. Many people wonder if alien abductions are real or if they are just dark lucid dreams that people have. Well many people have looked into this and many believe it is all in the head. People thing the phenomenon in th e head is the reason for all of these people believing in alien abductions. It all started back in 1947 when aliens used a tractor to kidnap a female which they called specimen 9. Many say this is not a good enough reason for people believing in aliens. According to scientists most of the people saying they have been abducted said they were abducted from their own beds. Scientists also say that there is something that has happened throughout their lives that cause this. Researchers say that most of the alien abductions that supposedly happened because their minds are playing tricks on them. They also say this may come from a sleep disorder called sleep paralysis. Controversy Many people believe that there are aliens and others think it’s just in there head or others are crazy. Many humans wonder if we are the only ones on the universe. Some think yes we are, while others say we are not. Also people wonder if aliens are a threat to humans or not. So many questions by people because they wonder a lot about it. Opinion My opinion as a high school student is that alien abductions do exist. I have many reasons for believing this; I mean the evidence is right there although many refuse to believe it. My reasons for believing in this is mainly because I believe in extraterrestrials, I mean I think we would be pretty silly to think that we are alone in this universe. Although I do believe in this that it doesn’t mean I believe every case that has reported. There are cases out there that are bit suspicious to me and I do have to consider that there are a lot of dishonest people out there who just want attention. But some cases are very believable and caught my eye because they just seem true.
